Shipping Policy
UK purchasers
Dispatch is normally within 1 working day of order and should be delivered within 3-5 days, normally via Royal Mail First Class Signed for service.
USA purchasers
Dispatch is normally within 1-2 working days of order. Shipping costs will be displayed during order process. For USA deliveries import duties and customs clearance charges including the prevailing 10% tariff are currently included in the price paid. Value of goods will be stated correctly at the actual purchase price for customs declaration purposes.
Other Non-UK and Non-USA purchasers
For any other territories, dispatch is normally within 1-2 working days of order. Shipping costs will be displayed during order process. Please note that all import duties and customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Value of goods will be stated correctly at the actual purchase price for customs declaration purposes.
Return & Exchange Policy
In the unlikely event that you ae not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of purchase. In this case, firstly contact us as soon as possible. When we receive the pedal back in the condition in which it was sent out to you and without damage, cosmetic or otherwise and with all original packaging, we will issue a full refund.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that any return arrives back in perfect condition. Unfortunately we cannot refund return postage or inport duty payments. emember to send pedals by recorded or special delivery as we will not be liable for anything you send that does not arrive OK.
