Customer Care

Pedals are covered for 12 months for the original purchaser in the unlikely event of manufacturing defects or component failure (not misuse).


Warranty does not include paint or finishing, any damage caused by misuse, lost knobs, or the use of an incorrect power supply. 


Any warranty repair will be subject to inspection upon return and we will contact you if there is any issue that prevents us from undertaking repair under warranty. 


So if you use our products as intended and something goes wrong, we will fix it free of charge (other than the sender paying cost of return postage to us). 


Warranty is void if the pedal has been modified or otherwise tampered with. 


Always contact us before returning any pedal for repair to get an RMA number. We strongly recommend posting by recorded or special delivery as we are not liable for any return item which you send to us that does not arrive.

Privacy & Safety

Your privacy is of upmost important to us. We will never pass on your details to any 3rd party for any purpose.

Muir Audio Design does not see or store customer credit card information during transactions which are securely handled directly by Paypal or Wix Payments.
